At Pawmisia, we want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with the Wobble Wag Giggle Glow Ball. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.

🔁 Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The ball is unused and in its original packaging

  • You provide proof of purchase

  • The item is not damaged due to misuse

❌ Non-Returnable

We do not accept returns if:

  • The toy has been used or shows signs of wear

  • The return request is made after 30 days

  • The item was damaged due to pet chewing or mishandling

  • The item is lost or damaged due to incorrect address

📦 How to Return

  1. Email us at contact@pawmisia.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. Ship the item back (buyer is responsible for return shipping).

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll confirm your refund.

💸 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

  • If the return does not meet our conditions, it will be rejected and not refunded

🛠️ Defective or Wrong Item?

If your item is defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund—at no extra cost to you.
